VLFW Fall 2011 Package Information!

Hello and welcome to Virtual London Fashion Week in the Fall.

My team and I are again putting together another fantastic week of events for the fall edition of Virtual London Fashion Week.  This is a major fashion event that takes place every fall on second life.  I am pleased to announce that this year event plans are well under way.    We try every year to improve the venue and expo center for you.......the talented designers of SL.
It is my sincere wish that you can join us for this years fall experience.

  Virtual London Fashion Week will take place from October 30th to November 5th.  We will begin with a gala opening night costume ball to be held in beautiful Hyde Park London.  Shows will take place for the following week high above Knightsbridge in a beautifully designed venue.  We will showcase  the designs of some of the most talented designers in Second Life.  We hope that you will join us for this spectacular week long event.

Our expo center this year will be held in busy Hyde Park London.  Hyde Park receives some 30,000 visitors per day,  so this is an assured high traffic venue for the expo center and your vendor booths.    Booths will be 10mx10m plots with a 30 prim allotment.  The price of a Hyde Park Booth will be 3,000L.  You may rent more than one booth if you wish.  We will open the booths so you may begin setting down your vendors a few weeks before the actual event begins.  Booths will be on a first come first serve basis.

 Now for a wonderful change we have made this year.  This years runway shows will be at our beautiful venue in the sky,  high above Knightsbridge.

This year if you book a show for VLFW you will receive firstly a fantastic show at the venue,  and two vendor booths.  One in Hyde Park,  and another at the runway venue.  We have designed an expo center at the runway for designers that  book a runway show.   The price of this fantastic package deal is 9,000L.

So if you book a package deal you will receive a fully managed runway show,  and two vendor booths.  One in Hyde Park,  and one at the runway expo center.

Our guideline for shows is 45min to an hour per show.  You may show 12-15 outfits which is recommended.   However we can discuss your requirements for a show as needed.  A DJ, host,  announcer,  stage manager, public relations,  and models,  should you not have your own,  will be furnished  by the VLFW team.  You may be as much or as little involved in your show as you wish.
